John Baker was the first team across the frozen Norton Bay into Koyuk, traveling faster than the next 2 teams in, Hans and Ramey.
Sebastian is in, Hugh and Dallas momentarily.

In the Rookie Race, Nicolas Petit is in out of Kaltag, followed by Kelly Maixner 2 hours later. Mike Santos is in Kaltag, with Jodi Bailey, Magnus Kaltenbrn and Justin Savidis on the way. Cain Carter is in Eagle Island, Angie Taggart and Scott Janssen are in Grayling, Kris Hoffman and Brennan Norden are in Shageluk.

James Bardoner scratched, leaving Brennan in Red Lantern position.
